Guest charges and room capacity

Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.

This property considers guests aged over 2 , at time of travel, to be children.

Availability of accommodation for extra guests not in the booking is not guaranteed by holidays2italy.co.uk.

Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Pricing and payment

Rooms are provided by holidays2italy.co.uk, under an agency agreement with holidays2italy.co.uk.

Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees from £25.00 up to the full cost of your stay.

Cancellations and changes:

Changing your booking. If you want to change any details of your booking (such as changing to a different hotel), we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee that change can be made. You should call our Customer Service on 0871 781 7781 (outside uk +44 1455 44 82 93). We charge an'amendment fee' for each person named on the booking and for each detail of the booking which you change. The amendment fee will be £25 (pounds).

If cancellation is made 30 and 55 days inclusive before your check-in
- 50% of the total cost of your booking

If cancellation is made 29 days or less before your check-in
- 100% of the total cost of your booking

Cancelling your stay: Cancellations can be made online. From your reservation, click the Cancel Reservation and follow the instructions.

All refund requests must occur within 30 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for check-out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of holidays2italy.co.uk.

If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate reservation MAY be cancelled by the hotel.

Check-in time is 2pm - Check-out time is 10.00am

The price shown above DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out. Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival.
